Application Process Made Simple 

 We’re excited to guide you through a streamlined application process. 

STEP 1: COMPLETE THE APPLICATION 

• All applicants, occupants, and guarantors (if applicable) must complete this step 
• Application fee: $20 per applicant/guarantor 

STEP 2: SUBMIT REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION 

Please provide a single PDF per applicant with documents in the order listed below: 

For Employed Applicant / Guarantor: 

• Photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) 
• Letter of Employment (stating position, salary, and length of employment)  
• Must be no older than three months 
• Last 2 consecutive pay stubs 
• Tax Forms –  
• 2023 1040 Tax Return (first 2 pages) OR 2023 W2 Forms 
•  2022 1040 Tax Return (first 2 pages) OR 2022 W2 Forms 
• Bank statements 
• Checking Statement – Current & Most Recent (Complete Statement w/ Full Name) 
• Savings Statement – Current & Most Recent (Complete Statement w/ Full Name) 
• Investment Statement (Investment Portfolios, Retirement Accounts, 401K, etc…) 
• Landlord reference letter or payment ledger 

For Self-Employed Applicant / Guarantor: 

• Photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) 
• Letter from CPA/Accountant (stating annual income and nature of business) 
• Two Bank statements – Current & Most Recent 
• Checking Statement – (Complete Statement w/ Full Name) 
• Savings Statement – (Complete Statement w/ Full Name) 
• Investment Statement – (Complete Statement w/ Full Name) 
• Landlord reference letter 

For Students: 

• Photo ID (Driver’s License or Passport) 
• University enrollment verification letter 
• Current class schedule 
• Bank statements 
• Landlord reference letter 

STEP 3: TERMS CONFIRMATION 

Please confirm the following details: 

• Desired move-in date 
• Desired lease length 
• Pet information (if applicable)  
• Pet fee: $25/month per cat, $45/month per dog

• Complete applications are processed faster
